The rules for playing First Person Boxing: who can play, what you may and may not do with the game, ads on the site, our duties and how to contact us here.

These terms are an agreement between you and First Person Boxing ("we", "us"), the operator of First Person Boxing at firstpersonboxing.net (the "service"). By using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
First Person Boxing is a free browser game. You can play without an account. Your progress is saved in your browser on your device, so clearing your browser data or changing devices resets it. We may change, add or remove game features, fighters and modes at any time.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. The game shows cartoon boxing with no blood or gore.
What you may not do
- Copy, rehost, frame, sell or redistribute the game or its files, or remove our notices from them.
- Reverse engineer the game to build a competing copy, or use bots or scripts to load the site in bulk.
- Attack, overload or try to break the security of the service.
- Use the contact form to send spam, abuse or unlawful content.
Ads
The service is free and shows ads from our advertising partner on the site pages. Ads are not shown inside the game while you fight. Ads may link to other websites, which have their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
Our content
The game and the site belong to us or our licensors, as described in our Copyright Notice. We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to play the game on the service. First Person Boxing is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be available, work on every device, or keep your saved progress.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we will update the date above and note it on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, except where the law of your country gives you rights that can't be waived. Before any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
